Mangiamo all'italiana (ENG)
The subject of the workshop to be held on Wednesday 27th May 2015, at 18.00 hours, will be
Italian cuisine, and it will be followed by socialising, combined with an opportunity to try
pasta and wine.
The only thing you need is to be in a good mood and the desire to spend time with others in a
relaxed atmosphere whilst speaking Italian.
Italian cuisine is probably the best known in the world thanks to its diversity and wealth of
flavours and seasonings. Its main characteristic is extreme simplicity, and it is based more on
quality ingredients than complex preparation. There isn't a single city in the world without an
Italian restaurant, and the meals served there are original and home-made, more often from a
grandmothe's kitchen than a Master Chef workshop. It should also be mentioned that Italy is
the country with the most protected marks of excellence in Europe, and the Mediterrean type
of diet it represents is claiming more and more fans.
